Install patch 1.0.7.0 or 1.1.2.0 (depending on which game you want to play).Open the game's install directory and move 'paul.dll' to a temporary place (desktop is the easiest).Update to the latest patch and install this version of XLiveLess with XLiveLessAddon which requires the 32-bit Ultimate ASI Loader (doesn't matter if OS is 64-bit) to the game's install directory.
I'm not sure if all the steps I did are necessary but this works for me: Here's how I did it in case there's anyone else reading this who has the same issue as I do but doesn't want to update. The latest GTA IV patch fixed my issues anyway.Įdit: I managed to get the previous patch (1.0.7.0/1.1.2.0) to work for both the base game and EFLC on Windows 10 (might work with other versions but idk). I'd do that if I had more money, I just asked if such software exists.
